On March 24, 2025, Rep. Obernolte expressed concerns about the judicial system in California’s Eastern District through a tweet: "California’s Eastern District is overwhelmed, with far too many people being required to wait far too long for justice. That’s why I’m proud to support the CASE LOAD Act, a bipartisan solution which adds five new federal judges and reduces court backlogs. Justice delayed is".
Later that day, on March 24, 2025, he tweeted about his meeting with Brigadier General Anderson at Fort Irwin: "I was honored to meet Brigadier General Anderson, the Commanding General at Fort Irwin, and hear his insights on the vital role the National Training Center plays in our national defense. We discussed the importance of supporting our servicemembers with the resources they need to".
The following day, on March 25, 2025, Rep. Obernolte took to Twitter again to honor Medal of Honor recipients: "Today, we celebrate our heroes who have received the Medal of Honor—the bravest among us who exemplify unwavering devotion to our nation.
