CITY OF ADELANTO: COVID-19 Utility Assistance Program

City of Adelanto issued the following announcement on Dec. 3.

Have you had a job loss or other financial hardship caused by the COVID-19 crisis? The City may be able to help you with utility bill assistance.

The City has received $148,068 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to assist eligible low and moderate-income residents with their utility bills. This program is available to residents who have experienced a financial hardship caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and have a past due water/sewer utility account. The funding is available on a first come first served basis and is limited to a maximum of $600 per residence.
