In recognition of their accomplishments and unwavering dedication to the High Desert community, Sen. Scott Wilk (R-Santa Clarita) is celebrating family-owned Cisneros Brothers Plumbing as Senate District 21’s Small Business of the Month.

“In addition to their exceptional work and outstanding customer service, the Cisneros family truly goes above and beyond for their community,” said Senator Wilk. “They give back to local students, donate to nonprofits, and are proud to pay it forward to help those in need. For these reasons and more, it is my pleasure to recognize Cisneros Brothers Plumbing as the Small Business of the Month. Congratulations!”

The locally cherished family-owned business has become a cornerstone of the High Desert community, particularly in Hesperia and Victorville. Jose and Genoveva Cisneros founded the business in 2005 during a challenging time but have since grown it into a thriving enterprise with approximately 60 dedicated employees. They now have plans to expand into Apple Valley.

Cisneros Brothers Plumbing is truly a family business. Jose’s brother, Galviz Cisneros, serves as Senior Plumbing Supervisor, while brother Isaac Cisneros and sister Veronica McCombs oversee Marketing. Jose and Genoveva’s daughter, Genevieve, also helps with Marketing. Their brother Rene Cisneros has also successfully launched the water damage restoration division and is now expanding into Bakersfield. Additionally, Jose’s brothers-in-law, Alex and Roger Guillen, handle Plumbing Supervision and Septic services respectively.

All of them are well-known throughout the High Desert for their community engagement, actively supporting local nonprofits and collaborating with the Greater High Desert Chamber of Commerce, CARS Collision Toy Drives, and the Rock’n Our Disabilities Foundation.

In 2023, the company was recognized by the Dreamers, Visionaries, and Leaders Project for its contributions to the 2023 Hispanic Heritage Tribute Awards. Additionally, they have been named Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite and have earned recognition from Best of the High Desert for “Best Place to Work” and “Best Customer Service.”

Cisneros Brothers Plumbing also collaborates with the Adelanto School District to provide hands-on learning experiences for students, offering them practical alternatives to traditional academic paths. They make a point to show appreciation for their employees by hosting various events that highlight their great staff’s work.

“We are honored to receive this recognition from Senator Wilk,” said Founder Jose Cisneros. “This motivates us to continue striving as a company upholding our values to the highest standards and serving our community. It highlights our growth from our humble beginnings to our current achievements; we owe it all to our dedicated customers and employees.”
