On Saturday, March 22, former Oak Hills High School standout Maddie Rae Romo’s current college team, the Newman Jets, lost 21-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Rogers State Hillcats.
The game took place at NU Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Hillcats this season.
The Jets’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 2 p.m. at NU Softball Field against Northwestern Oklahoma Rangers.
