On Saturday, March 22, former Hesperia Christian School standout Cody New’s current college team, the California Baptist Lancers, won 8-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Utah Tech Trailblazers.

The game took place at James W. Totman Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Trailblazers this season.

The Lancers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 23 at 1 p.m. at James W. Totman Stadium against Utah Tech Trailblazers.
