From October through December of 2025, 1,172 homes were sold in the county, with sale prices around averaging $705,000. This is a 35.6% increase over the $520,000 median sale price during the same period in 2024, when there were 4,401 homes sold.
Based on the latest available data from 2021, the median property tax on homes in San Bernardino County was $3,210, which equates to 0.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2025.
