Jay Obernolte has served as a member of Congress since replacing Paul Cook in 2021 and previously held office in the California State Assembly from 2014 to 2020. He was born in Chicago in 1970 and currently resides in Big Bear Lake. Obernolte earned his Bachelor of Science degree from California Institute of Technology in 1992.
