Rep. Jay Obernolte, a U.S. Congressman representing California’s 23rd district since 2021, recently shared updates on his activities and policy positions through a series of posts on social media.
On July 15, 2025, Obernolte highlighted his visit to a local manufacturing facility, stating, “I had the opportunity to tour the Church & Dwight manufacturing plant in Victorville with plant manager Marques Irving. Obernolte has represented California’s 23rd district since succeeding Paul Cook in 2021. Prior to his congressional service, he was a member of the California State Assembly from 2014 to 2020. Born in Chicago in 1970 and currently residing in Big Bear Lake, Obernolte holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the California Institute of Technology, awarded in 1992.
