Rep. Jay Obernolte, co-chair of the House Bipartisan Taskforce on Artificial Intelligence and U.S. Congressman representing California’s 23rd district, recently highlighted his ongoing work at the intersection of technology, music, and public resources through a series of posts on social media.

Later that same day, Obernolte addressed matters concerning military training and local events: “I spoke on the House floor in support of my amendment to ensure Marine training at Twentynine Palms can expand while protecting local aviation and events like King of the Hammers. Obernolte has served in Congress since 2021 after previously serving in the California State Assembly from 2014 to 2020. He succeeded Paul Cook as representative for California’s 23rd District. Born in Chicago in 1970 and now residing in Big Bear Lake, Obernolte holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Institute of Technology.
