On Friday, Feb. 7, former Excelsior Charter standout Carter Oerman’s current college team, the Colorado Mesa Mavericks, lost 3-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Cal Poly Pomona Broncos.

The game took place at Scolinos Baseball Field. This was their second matchup against the Broncos this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 1 p.m. at Scolinos Baseball Field against Cal Poly Pomona Broncos.
