Tuition for California residents attending Barstow Community College did not change for the 2022-23 school year, as revealed by the latest report, according to the latest disclosure from the National Center for Education Statistics.

California residents were charged $1,104 to attend the two-year public college in both the 2021-22 and 2022-23 academic years.

Non-resident students paid $9,072 in tuition for the 2022-23 year, which is 721.7% higher than the in-state rate. This amount increased by 1.3% from $8,952 the previous year.

Approximately 98% of the undergraduate population at the institution are California residents, with about 1% coming from other states and another 1% being international students.

Data indicates that 95% of full-time undergraduates who began studies at Barstow Community College in 2022-23 received some form of financial aid. A total of 243 students were awarded grants or scholarships amounting to $1.8 million, while 38 students obtained student loans exceeding $124,230.
