On Friday, March 7, former Academy for Academic Excellence standout Paityn Thibodeaux’s current college team, the Bridgeport Purple Knights, lost 8-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Florida Tech Panthers.

The game took place at USSSA Space Coast Complex. This was their first matchup against the Tech Panthers this season.

The Purple Knights’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 10 a.m. at USSSA Space Coast Complex against Ursuline Arrows.
